These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FitFund, operated by FitFund Ltd, including our website (fitfundsite.com) and application (fitfundapplication.com). By using FitFund, you agree to these Terms.
1. About FitFund
FitFund is a sport psychology-informed platform designed to help children build healthy habits, confidence and responsibility through structured fitness tasks, reflection and rewards.
FitFund is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
• Parent accounts must be created by an adult aged 18+
• Children may only use FitFund through a parent-managed account
• Users agree to provide accurate information
• You are responsible for account security
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Memberships, Billing and Refund Policy
Some features require a paid subscription ("Membership").
Subscriptions
By purchasing a Membership:
• You agree to displayed pricing
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime via account settings
Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Cooling-Off Period (Digital Services)
Under UK consumer law, users normally have a 14-day cooling-off period.
By purchasing and using FitFund immediately, you acknowledge:
• the service begins straight away
• you request immediate access
• you may lose cancellation rights once use begins
Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted:
• within 24 hours of first purchase
• where only minimal use has occurred
Refunds are not normally provided:
• after significant usage
• for renewals
• for partial billing periods
Requests should be submitted to:
All requests are reviewed individually.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• misuse the platform
• submit false information
• access other users’ accounts
• use FitFund unlawfully
We may restrict access if needed.
5. Fitness and Safety Disclaimer
FitFund encourages physical activity but does not provide medical advice.
Parents remain responsible for ensuring activities are safe and suitable.
6. Rewards, Wallet and FitPoints
FitFund includes features such as FitPoints, trophies, rewards tracking and a virtual wallet designed to support motivation and financial learning.
Important:
• FitFund does not hold or store any real money
• FitFund is not a bank or financial service
• All payments are made directly by parents to their child outside the platform
The wallet feature is a tracking tool only and does not represent stored funds.
FitPoints, trophies and in-app rewards:
• have no monetary value
• cannot be transferred
• may change over time
Parents remain fully responsible for managing any real-world rewards or payments.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep FitFund available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Features may change, be updated or be removed over time.
7. Intellectual Property
All FitFund content, branding, design, graphics, software and materials are owned by or licensed to FitFund Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts if Terms are breached or safety concerns arise.
Users may stop using FitFund anytime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitFund Ltd is not responsible for:
• injuries resulting from activities completed using the platform
• misuse of the service
• interruptions, bugs or temporary unavailability
• decisions made by parents or guardians regarding rewards or payments
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
